Soul

This is a self portrait in which I illustrated aspects of my life that I use to define myself. The shadows in the piece were created by writing binary code, which consists of ones and zeros. Furthermore, the ghost like skin suggests that "I" am a vessel for the things I define myself with. The tulips and windmills represent my Dutch lineage, which is a big part of my life.
